Finally, today I got 80 crafting. On my 936th tiara of the day, that magical level arrived! It's taken about a week and 1.6mil to get from level 77 to 80, and I think it was money well spent.

But that's in the past. Now, my next project begins- 75 construction and 70/80 prayer.

I've already calculated that it's going to cost me 4.3mil to get from 60 to 75 construction. To do this, carved oak tables is the most cost-effective way. I'll be buying oak logs from the Grand Exchange for about 25gp each, and then converting them to oak planks for a further 250gp each. One oak table requires 6 planks, and I'll need to make 2600 of them get to 75. That, incase you were wondering, was for the mathematically-minded of you, who cares about why it's costing me 4.3mil.

And incase you're wondering why I'm not buying the oak planks straight from the Exchange, it's because it'll cost far to much. Granted, it will be a lot quicker, but it'll also relieve me of another 2 and a bit million, on top of the 4.3mil. I can't afford that, neither do I have the time to make that much money.

As explained a couple of days ago, I'm going to make my money smelting cannonballs, and various other methods I see fit. Today, I got the ball rolling and bought 2k steel bars. I spend a bit of time doing this, and used up 400, which got me 1.5k cannonballs, which I haven't yet sold. I don't know why, but I prefer to get a nice big lump of cash than lots of little bits, even though it's the same amount in the end. Oh well- I'm sure many of you feel the same way!

I also spent about 45 minutes at the chaos druids, which earnt me 150k by time I'd sold all the herbs I'd collected. Not bad for under an hour's work. And I got 20k strength experience out of it.

To give me a little pocket money, I went to Varrock's general store and sold up 1k maple longbows I'ver had in my bank for God knows how long, as well as the 7.7k tiaras. I was nicely suprised to see that, combined with the 35k worth that sold a couple of days ago in the GE, I got back just over 100k of my 1.6mil. Not a lot, but more than I thought I'd get.

Anyway, I'm not yet sure how long it's going to take me to get to 75 Construction until I actually get started. Then, I'll be able to make some sort of estimate, but at the moment, it's looking like the best part of 2-3 weeks. Oh well. You can't rush these things!
