I guess, this being the first entry in this blog, I should introduce myself to you. If you're reading this now, you'll undoubtably be a regular reader, and it simply wouldn't do for you not to even know who your author is. So, this is why I'm writing this.

First things first: as you're probably aware, I am an avid RuneScape player, and have been for the past five or so years. Although I was not part of the "Classic generation" (I started just months after RS2 came out), I consider myself a RuneScape vereran, i.e. highly experienced, and basically, all-knowing. If you think that sounded arogant, you're probaly correct. I can be.

So, what else can I tell you? Well, I'm male and from England, I'm a skinny build, about 5ft 10" and have brown, mid length hair. I wouldn't describe myself as a "hard-core gamer", mainly because I only ever play about three or four games. Nightfire being most frequent, after RuneScape.

I consider myself a logical kinda guy. I'm not spontanious, as many people think I am- I just think before I do stuff, but when I am ready to do something, I do it promptly and efficiently. No, I'm not one of those people who jump into things with two legs and both arms without thinking. I loath those sort of people, and then when they piss up, they expect help!

I carry my persona over to RuneScape. I don't waste time thinking "what should I do now", as half of the population evidently does. I vary my RuneScape play a lot, or at least I try to. Unfortunately, I have a rather annoying habbit of getting into something, and then not wanting to get out again. I have been known, for example, to play Castle Wars for months non-stop. Equally, sometimes when I get a grip and tell my self not to be so damned sad, I flit around different tasks like nobody's business. However, recently, I've managed to level out time spent on various tasks to a few days or so, before changing to something else. This is the best way to play, by the way.

Currently, I'm training fletching which involves turning tens of thousands of maple logs into longbows. I do this when I'm typing, which generally doesn't require my full attention. Then, when I'm done typing, I go onto something else, possibly a bit of Pest Control, and sometimes some slayer tasks. This is how I play.

Over the course of this weekly blog, I will be bringing you the ins and outs of my RuneScape life, every so often, dopping in a little pearl of wisdom for you to do with as you please. I will also be discussing RuneScape current affairs, when there are any worth talking about, which most of the time, there aren't.

So, this is blog entry #1 finished, and this is me, over and out.
